The scan log keeps the most recent 500 scans. Past that, the oldest drop off as new ones arrive.
If you need a permanent record — an audit, a stock count you have to evidence — export it before it rolls off: Scan history › share icon › Export scan history, as CSV or JSON.
You can also delete individual scans yourself at any time from the same screen.
